Good morning and Happy Canada Day, all!

It is with considerable excitement and anticipation I introduce myself as the newly-minted Executive Director of the organization, and I look forward to getting to know you all between now and the AGMC in September, and then at the AGMC as well.

I admit (as many of you will already know) I have rather large shoes to fill in taking on the role handed off to me by Joel; but can tell you that Joel has been diligent to us all in ensuring I am up to speed on what the role takes, and remains so on an ongoing basis - so I am more than prepared to serve you however you may need.

One specific area I can mention that I am itching to get going on is the CAREC audits, which I know many of you are waiting on, and may have been for some time. I will be reaching out to you individually to schedule audits for as soon as you are ready for them, including working with you to prepare for them as you may need.
